Bronzier has partnered with Bronze Boss® for one-day (plus 4-6 hour online education modules) spray tanning courses that are designed to certify aspiring artists in the business, science, and artistry of sunless applications.

Bronze Boss® is the leading certification for sunless artists worldwide and will fully equip each student with the knowledge and products to launch their career. Our courses cover all aspects of beginning, growing, and scaling a spray tanning business.

Class sizes are kept to a minimum to promote an intimate environment, which allows each student with one-on-one personalized attention from their educator.

HOW IT WORKS

  • 1. STUDY HALL

    Keep a look out for a welcome email from Bronze Boss® that will be sent within 24 hours upon course enrollment. This email will provide access to our digital study hall, which includes video-based lessons and PDF manual workbooks. You’ll need to study up on the basics and complete all workbook components prior to attending your scheduled live class.

  • 2. LIVE CLASS

    We are big believers in the power of in-person learning and the success of our students proves it. During your live class, you’ll receive up to six hours of both theory-based and hands-on learning alongside peers with a Certified Bronze Boss® Educator. You’ll work with multiple models of all body types and complexion tones in real time as you apply your newfound knowledge and skills.

  • 3. POST-COURSE

    Congratulations, you’re a Certified Spray Tan Artist. You are now eligible to utilize the credentials “CSTA” in addition to the official Bronze Boss® digital badge to boast your status. It doesn’t stop there — Artists certified with Bronze Boss® gain complimentary refresher courses with our Master Education Team, access to our private forum, in addition to unlimited access to online course materials.

  • No prior experience is necessary for the Sunless Certification. Contour Certification requires proof of Sunless Certification (regardless of company trained with).

    Please be advised that this is an informational course only. Certification is provided only through Bronze Boss™ and does not provide licensing in any US state or international country. Airbrush tanning is currently only regulated in the state of Oregon and this course is based on the experience of Bronze Boss™. It is not part of any curriculum, cosmetology/esthetician program, or continuing education program offered within the United States. Anyone participating in this course is solely responsible and obligated to do their own research regarding specific business requirements and laws in their jurisdiction of residence and or business operations. Currently, the Food and Drug Administration (FDA) does not regulate tans applied via airbrush. However, whenever starting a business it is your sole responsibility to locate your city, county, and state requirements and obtain the proper licensing, if necessary.

    Equipment and supplies such as machines, tents, etc., are not included in our courses as each artists intended structure for their business will vary. Your educator will provide you with personalized recommendations based on your structure and goals in addition to a discount code to purchase your equipment and supplies with Bronze Boss™.

  • Of course. However, we find that already certified artists excel best with mentorship sessions. These sessions are personalized and tailored to your unique needs. Please connect directly with your Bronze Boss™ educator to discuss options.

  • Yes, you will need to bring your completed course workbooks to your live class. This is a requirement in order to receive your certification.

    You will not need to bring any equipment/supplies to the live class. Your educator will provide all necessary items for you to utilize on training day.

    It’s best to dress in dark, comfortable clothing with close-toed shoes as you will be very active during the live class. Other items you may want to bring include a notebook, pen, snacks, water.

    We are located off of West 6th (building is teal with red/white trim) with both a front and rear entrance. Please park on the backside of the building (off of Campbell St.) and make your way up to the second level entrance door.

  • Registration closes two weeks prior to each course date. Unfortunately we are unable to permit students within the two-week timeframe due to ensuring enough time for Study Hall in addition to shipping your course materials to your Bronze Boss™ educator.
