Appointments cancelled/rescheduled within 6 hours of the scheduled time will result in a 50% fee of total service booked.

CANCEL

Missed appointments will result in a 100% fee of total service booked. Attempt to cancel/reschedule at appointment start time are considered a no-show.

NO-SHOW

Modifications to your scheduled services, including service type adjustments or enhancement cancellations, must be made 6 hours prior to your appointment time. Failure to notify us of these changes before your scheduled appointment will result in a 100% fee of original services booked.

MODIFICATION

Studio | Your provider reserves the right to not provide service after ten minutes of the appointment start time. Late arrivals without prior communication will be considered a no-show.

Mobile | If you are running late to your mobile appointment, are non-responsive to calls/texts, and/or not available to let your artist in to the agreed upon mobile location, your artist reserves the right to leave the mobile location and not provide service after ten minutes of the appointment start time and will be considered a no-show.

GRACE PERIOD

Trainee tan appointments require payment at time of booking. Artists in training rely on practice clients as part of their certification and are scheduled on specific days and times. Understand that the fee paid is non-refundable, even in the event of a cancellation.

Males of any age and girls under the age of 18 are required to wear undergarments during their appointment. No exceptions.

As much as we love furry friends, please leave your pets at home. It is against TDLR regulations for animals to be inside a salon unless it is a service animal.

PETS

Due to safety reasons and insurance purposes, we are unable to have children in the salon during an appointment unless they are being serviced. We do not have the facilities to care for children and do not provide child supervision.

CHILDREN

Any services booked after hours, Monday - Thursday, will be subject to an additional $10 fee. Any services booked after hours, Friday – Sunday, will be subject to an additional $20 fee.

AFTER HOURS

All single tans, memberships, packages, and retail item purchases are non-refundable.

All bookings must be made online. We do not take bookings over the phone, via text, or social media.

Information collected about our clients is not shared with any other organization. We constantly review our systems and data to ensure the best possible service to our customers.

When you book your first appointment, you will be automatically added to our respective email and text message lists. This allows us to send you reminders about your appointment(s) and promotional messages about the salon, product updates, and discounts. You may unsubscribe from these lists at any time, and if you have any issues or questions, you can contact us directly by email.
